    Whether you’re navigating school, work, relationships, or the demands of everyday life, coaching supports you in improving focus, managing impulsivity, and creating structure that actually works for you.

  • You & your treatment provider will discuss the duration and frequency of appointments during your first scheduled visit.

    We offer ADHD Coaching packages, as typically it is recommended that more than 5 coaching sessions are scheduled & attended in order to maximize benefits and address all challenges + symptoms that are currently creating barriers in your life!

  • Both ADHD Coaching and psychotherapy can be incredibly supportive for individuals with ADHD and their families—but they serve different purposes.

    ADHD Coaching is present-focused and action-oriented, helping you build practical skills and strategies to improve daily functioning and executive functioning.

    Psychotherapy, on the other hand, often explores the emotional impact of ADHD, including past experiences, patterns, and co-occurring challenges.

  • ADHD Coaching is most effective for adolescents and teens who are ready to begin applying skills more independently.

    For younger children, we collaborate with parents and caregivers to develop strategies that support success at home and at school.

  • Treatment plans are personalized, however most clients benefit from a minimum of 10 sessions to see meaningful progress.

    We recommend purchasing session packages to support consistency, motivation, and long-term results. Packages also allow you to pre-book sessions and maintain a steady schedule.

    Packages can be paid in advance, or sessions can be paid individually at the time of service. Payment is accepted by credit or debit.

Combining neurofeedback with ADHD Coaching offers a holistic & comprehensive approach to treating symptoms of ADHD.

Neurofeedback will help individuals train the brain to regulate it’s activity, while ADHD Coaching will assist with symptom management, as well as developing coping skills & practical strategies to manage daily challenges related to ADHD.

    All sessions are 60-minutes in duration

    Cost: $100/ Session CAD

  • Group Sessions are applicable for parents and caregivers of younger children diagnosed with ADHD.

    Group sessions are also applicable for individuals + school officials, as well as other service providers.

    Cost: $100 CAD/ Session

  • Package of 10-sessions

    • Cost: $900 CAD

    Package of 20-sessions

    • Cost: $1,900
