Full Moon Breathwork Circle

Under the glow of the full moon, we gather in quiet intention—each breath a bridge between what we hold and what we’re ready to release. The lunar light illuminates not only the night sky, but the hidden spaces within us, inviting clarity, surrender, and renewal.

Through conscious, connected breath, we soften the edges of the mind and drop into the wisdom of the body. Emotions may rise like the tide—welcome them. This is a space of safety, of presence, of transformation.

With every inhale, call in what you need.
With every exhale, let go of what no longer serves.

You are held. You are guided. You are exactly where you need to be.

Community Breathwork Circle

November 2025 - Monthly Breathwork Circle with Denise

Facilitator: Denise Neumann-Fuhr

Breathwork as a stand-alone practice, stems from Cannabis-Assisted Breathwork training. This offering utilizes the breath to achieve an altered state of consciousness for the purpose of personal growth.

The goal of this practice is to activate the full nervous system through use of a circular style of breathing that allows clients to access shifts in awareness and perspective. It may also elicit strong emotional and physical releases.

Completion of a brief screening form is required as some pre-existing conditions are contraindicated for this practice.

Cost: $78 / Person

Breathwork Circle

February 20, 6-9 pm

Facilitated by Denise Neumann-Fuhr

Created by the Center for Medicinal Mindfulness (Boulder, CO), this circular breathing practice eliminates the gaps that naturally occur at the end of both the inhale and the exhale. When done with awareness and intent, this type of breathing creates a state of charged equilibrium in the nervous system. Awareness becomes altered, and we gain access to a transpersonal or higher state of consciousness where insights, healing, and new perspectives become available to us. Breathwork may also elicit strong emotional and physical releases.

Cost: $78/ Participant
