Event Description

The September circle will focus on the Root Chakra and the energy of the New Moon.

The style of breathwork offered in this circle is called Circular Breathing. When practiced with awareness and intention, this breathwork process can support an altered state of consciousness, allowing space for insight, reflection, and new perspectives to emerge.

This offering may be supportive for those seeking grounding, connection, self-reflection, nervous system awareness, and intentional community practice.

About The Chakra Series

The Chakra Series is an intentional 10-month breathwork journey moving through the chakra system from the ground up.

Each circle is connected to a chakra theme and lunar phase, offering participants an opportunity to explore the relationship between energy, emotion, embodiment, and personal growth.

Participants are welcome to engage with the structure of the chakra/lunar theme, while also having space to approach the circle with openness and curiosity around whatever may arise.

Event Details

Cost: $100 CAD per circle, with package rates available through the registration form.

Participants: Group size is limited to 4–8 participants to support an intimate, small-group experience.
