Use relational modalities to support clients navigating blended families, parenting stress, betrayal trauma, communication breakdowns, or intergenerational issues
Value collaboration, holistic care, and client-centred healing
Are interested in being part of a multidisciplinary team that includes trauma therapists, somatic practitioners, holistic healers, and nervous system specialists
Want to expand your own work in a space that welcomes innovation, heart-centered care, and a balance of science and intuition
Whether you're IFS-trained, EFT-certified, or bring a blend of relational, attachment-based, or trauma-focused methods, we’re excited to hear how your unique lens can support the relational healing journey for individuals, couples, and families at Spear Wellness.

What sets us apart:
A truly integrative trauma centre—our services include IFS, EMDR, Psychedelic-Assisted Therapy, trauma-informed yoga, breathwork, Reiki, and holistic nutrition
A IFS-positive environment—several of our clinicians are IFS-trained or IFS-informed, and we fully support the development of parts-based healing in relational work
Flexible scheduling & independent contractor model—set your own hours, build your caseload at your pace
A beautiful, furnished office space in a serene, accessible location with ample parking and local amenities
Marketing, referrals, admin support, and access to a consistent client base
A collaborative, inclusive, and values-aligned professional community
Opportunities to contribute to groups, workshops, experiential intensives, and more
What You Bring
Registered with the CRPO (RP, RP(Q) under supervision, or RMFT)
Training or strong interest in Internal Family Systems (IFS), EFT, Gottman Method, or another relationally focused, trauma-informed modality
Experience in family systems therapy, couples therapy, or relational work
A collaborative mindset and passion for multidisciplinary care
Comfort navigating attachment trauma, emotional dysregulation, conflict cycles, and generational patterns
Commitment to professional ethics, ongoing learning, and client-centred care
Compensation & Benefits
Commission-based compensation with high earning potential
No office rental fees—fully furnished offices, admin, and marketing included
Consistent referrals to help build and sustain your caseload
