Go Deeper. Heal Faster.

Trauma doesn’t always fit into weekly 50-minute sessions. EMDR Intensives offer focused, accelerated healing—on your terms.

What is an EMDR Intensive?

A new approach to trauma therapy—built around your schedule and your goals.

EMDR (Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing) is a leading, evidence-based therapy for trauma, anxiety, and stuck emotional patterns. Intensives condense months of therapy into a few powerful hours or days—helping you process more deeply, stabilize more quickly, and see results sooner.

Whether you’re navigating a single event or complex trauma, EMDR Intensives can support rapid progress in a safe, contained way.

Option 1: EMDR Intensives

Ideal for clients who want to experience the benefits of EMDR in a concentrated timeframe—without the use of ketamine or other adjunct supports. This option is therapy-only, designed to help you move through stuck patterns and unresolved memories with focused care.

Includes:

  • Pre-treatment consultation

  • Customized treatment planning

  • Half-day, full-day, or multi-day EMDR sessions

  • Grounding, resourcing, and integration support

  • Post-treatment follow-up

Session lengths:

  • Half-Day (3 hrs)

  • Full-Day (6 hrs)

  • Custom multi-day options available

Option 2: EMDR + KAP Intensives

Clients who have experienced complex or long-term trauma, struggle with emotional numbness or dissociation, or feel like they’ve hit a wall in traditional talk therapy. This option is ideal for those who need a deeper, more immersive process to access and resolve painful experiences that are hard to reach through conversation alone.

What’s different:
Ketamine-Assisted Psychotherapy (KAP) enhances neuroplasticity and lowers psychological defenses, allowing deeper EMDR processing. This combined method can help you access, process, and integrate experiences more effectively.

Includes:

  • Medical screening + KAP readiness assessment

  • Coordination with prescribing physician

  • KAP prep and dosing sessions (lozenge or IM)

  • Guided EMDR sessions with real-time support

  • Post-KAP integration work

KAP is administered under the supervision of a licensed medical provider. All EMDR+KAP clients must meet safety and suitability criteria.
