  • A Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) is a practitioner who has completed formal training in holistic nutrition through a recognized program. Their work focuses on supporting overall health by looking at the whole person — including nutrition, digestion, stress, hormones, sleep, and lifestyle.

    Rather than offering one-size-fits-all plans, RHNs create individualized, sustainable strategies that support both physical health and emotional well-being.

  • A Registered Holistic Nutritionist (RHN) can help support a wide range of issues, including:

  • To start your journey, you can expect an 90-minute individual consultation appointment with our Registered Holistic Nutritionist.

  • After you complete your initial consultation appointment, you can choose from 30-minute or 60-minute follow-up appointments, scheduled as needed or as recommended by your nutritional expert.

  • Our nutritional packages are designed to provide consistent support as you make meaningful, sustainable changes to your health and well-being depending on your needs & goals.

    Rather than quick fixes, we focus on building habits over time — supporting your energy, digestion, hormones, and nervous system in a way that feels realistic and aligned with your lifestyle.

  • A time of growth, change, and hormonal shifts. This package supports energy, hormonal balance, and the development of sustainable, healthy habits.

    Includes 6 sessions over 6–8 weeks, with personalized nutrition guidance, meal plans, and ongoing support.

  • A time of giving, nurturing, and shifting priorities — whether through motherhood or caregiving.

    This package supports energy, hormonal balance, and overall well-being through fertility, pregnancy, postpartum, or periods of high demand.

    Includes 8 sessions over 8–10 weeks, with personalized nutrition guidance, meal plans, and ongoing support. Optional postpartum sessions available.

  • The Crone Phase
    A time of reflection, wisdom, and transition.

    This package supports your body through perimenopause, menopause, and beyond — with a focus on strength, hormonal balance, cognitive health, and emotional well-being.

    Includes 6 sessions over 6–8 weeks, with personalized nutrition guidance, recipes, and ongoing support.

She supports women through seasons of change — from motherhood and postpartum, to perimenopause and beyond — helping them navigate hormonal shifts, emotional overwhelm, and the demands of everyday life.

Crystal’s approach blends personalized nutrition, nervous system support, and mindfulness to create sustainable, whole-body change. She believes in the power of food as medicine and works with clients to support hormonal balance, emotional well-being, and overall vitality.

Through cycle-aware nutrition, birth and postpartum support, and guidance through midlife transitions, Crystal helps women feel more connected, empowered, and aligned in their bodies.
