Full Moon Breathwork Circle — May 1
Facilitated by Denise Neumann-Fuhr
Under the glow of the full moon, we gather in quiet intention—each breath a bridge between what we hold and what we’re ready to release. The lunar light illuminates not only the night sky, but the hidden spaces within us, inviting clarity, surrender, and renewal.
Through conscious, connected breath, we soften the edges of the mind and drop into the wisdom of the body. Emotions may rise like the tide—welcome them. This is a space of safety, of presence, of transformation.
With every inhale, call in what you need.
With every exhale, let go of what no longer serves.
You are held. You are guided. You are exactly where you need to be.
Overview
This guided breathwork experience is rooted in a circular breathing technique developed by the Center for Medicinal Mindfulness (Boulder, CO). The practice involves a continuous, connected breath—removing the natural pauses between the inhale and exhale—to support a deeply immersive inner experience.
When practiced with intention, this style of breathing can create a unique state within the nervous system—both activating and regulating at the same time. In this space, the mind quiets, the body opens, and access to deeper awareness becomes available. Participants often experience emotional release, expanded perspective, and a stronger connection to self.
While different frameworks exist to explain how breathwork facilitates these shifts, the focus of this circle is not on theory, but on experience. You’ll be guided in a safe, supportive environment where whatever arises is welcomed.
