Full Moon Breathwork Circle — May 28
Facilitated by: Denise Neumann-Fuhr
The Full Moon is a time of illumination—a moment to pause and witness what has unfolded, what is ready to be released, and what is asking for integration.
On May 28, we gather in circle to reflect, release, and reconnect. This is an invitation to step out of the noise of daily life and into a guided breathwork journey where the body leads and the mind softens. Under the energy of the Full Moon, we create space for clarity, emotional release, and deeper self-awareness.
This breathwork circle is an opportunity to reconnect with yourself, using the rhythm of the breath as a guide toward clarity, insight, and renewal.
Whether you’re moving through something specific or simply feeling the call to reset, this experience meets you where you are.
Overview
This guided breathwork session is rooted in a circular breathing practice developed by the Center for Medicinal Mindfulness (Boulder, CO). Using a continuous, connected breath—without pauses between inhale and exhale—you’ll be supported into a deeply immersive state.
This style of breathing can activate and regulate the nervous system simultaneously, creating the conditions for insight, release, and meaningful internal shifts. Participants often report feeling more grounded, clear, and connected following the session.
Rather than focusing on explanation, this experience emphasizes presence. You’ll be gently guided throughout, with space to explore whatever arises in a safe and supportive environment.
