About Denise
Denise is a Transformational Coach and Registered Nurse based in Kingston, Ontario. Her work is grounded in Transpersonal Psychology and Jungian shadow work, informed by somatic approaches such as Hakomi, Integrative Somatic Trauma Therapy, and Internal Family Systems (IFS).
Grounded in mindfulness and compassion-based practices, she supports clients in deepening self-awareness, healing, and meaningful change.
Denise also offers psychedelic preparation and integration support, along with exploration of the Divine Feminine—bringing a psycho-spiritual, trauma-informed approach to support healing, self-reclamation, and deeper connection to self.
Her work is deeply integrative, bringing together psychological, somatic, and spiritual approaches to support lasting, meaningful change.
