  • Feeling unfulfilled in my corporate career, Laura realized that helping others was key to her own sense of purpose. This led her to transition into the mental health field and pursue a master’s in counselling psychology.

As a mother and wife, the journey has been challenging, but it has shaped Laura’s belief that no one is ever truly stuck; change is always possible.

During her practicum at Queen’s University, she worked with a diverse student population, which helped Laura grow comfortable supporting a wide range of identities and presenting issues.
