About Sara

Are you grieving someone you loved deeply? Has your health has changed in ways you didn't expect? Perhaps the life you carefully built looks different than you imagined, and you're not sure how to find your footing again.

If any of that feels familiar, Sara may be exactly who you’ve been looking for.

Sara works primarily with adults in midlife and beyond — roughly ages 45 to 85 — who are carrying the unique emotional realities of the second half of life: loss, life transitions, health concerns, caregiving stress, identity shifts, and the question of what now?

As an older adult herself, Sara brings more than clinical training. She brings lived wisdom, perspective, and a grounded understanding of how complex life can become.

Sara’s approach is reflective, compassionate, and trauma-informed. She helps clients understand how past experiences may still be affecting the present — including attachment wounds, unresolved grief, relationship patterns, anxiety, and emotional overwhelm.

As a Certified EMDR Therapist, Sara also integrates EMDR to help clients process painful experiences and reduce the lasting impact of trauma.

If you’re looking for a therapist with depth, warmth, wisdom, and over two decades of experience, Sara may be the right fit for this chapter of your life.
