ABOUT SUE

Restore. Move. Heal.

Sue Howard is a Registered Massage Therapist & Movement Practitioner

With decades of experience in holistic movement and healing, Sue brings a unique blend of therapeutic touch and somatic exploration to her practice. She is a Registered Massage Therapist, certified GYROTONIC® and GYROKINESIS® instructor, and one of only a few licensed Ilan Lev Method practitioners in Canada. 

Her approach combines deep knowledge of body biotensegrity with intuitive care, drawing from a lifetime of dance, hands-on therapies, and integrative movement arts. 

In 2020 Sue began working with and learning more about plant based medicines and is now a regular guest of the Church of Santo Daime (Church of Ayahuasca). Deepening her study, in Sept 2024 she enrolled in Psychedelics Today’s 12 month Vital course for a Certificate in Integrative Psychedelic Studies.
