About Zack
Zack supports individuals (12+) navigating trauma, mental health challenges, and substance use.
Many of the clients Zack works with feel stuck in patterns driven by past experiences—whether that shows up as emotional overwhelm, self-limiting beliefs, or difficulty moving forward. His work focuses on helping you process what’s underneath those patterns, so real, lasting change becomes possible.
Zack has extensive experience working in community mental health and addiction settings, supporting individuals with complex needs. He understands the strong connection between trauma and substance use, and works to address both at the root.
He also works with high-performing individuals, including athletes and professionals, helping them move through performance anxiety, mental blocks, and pressure. Drawing from both clinical training and personal experience as a former competitive athlete, Zack supports clients in building focus, resilience, and confidence.
His approach is practical, direct, and focused on results—helping you break through barriers and move toward a more stable, grounded, and fulfilling life.
