Healing isn’t about becoming someone new—it’s about coming back to yourself. When your system feels safe enough to process what it’s been holding, things begin to shift. You feel more grounded, more connected, and more aligned with who you are.
-
EMDR supports the reprocessing of traumatic experiences, while IFS helps identify and work with the parts of you that hold fear, protection, or overwhelm.
Together, this approach allows you to process trauma safely and effectively—reducing internal resistance, increasing self-awareness, and creating deep, lasting change.
-
For individuals seeking deeper, alternative approaches to healing.
Brittnee provides psychotherapy that supports work with expanded states of consciousness—including ketamine-assisted psychotherapy in collaboration with a prescribing physician, as well as harm reduction–informed care.
This work focuses on deep emotional processing, nervous system regulation, and translating insight into meaningful, lasting change.
-
A focused, extended format designed to support trauma processing and meaningful change.
EMDR + IFS Intensives allow for sustained, uninterrupted work—supporting nervous system regulation and deeper integration.
Intensives are ideal for those wanting to move through specific experiences, gain clarity, and create lasting shifts in how they feel and respond.
-
For EMDR trained therapists who want to feel more confident and effective in their EMDR work.
Consultation supports skill development, case clarity, and deeper understanding—so you can move toward certification with confidence.
